Ulyana Sergeenko

yesterday i had a jaw on the floor moment when i saw the lookbook for the debut collection by Ulyana Sergeenko spotted on Lisa’s blog (do you read Lisa’s blog? you should). you may know Ulyana from street style blogs, as she is often seen at various fashion weeks around the world. i didn’t even realise that she was a designer – but the collection is 100% her. especially when she was spotted in this red dress and wore these shoes, not to mention this little get up.

  1. Love love love. I can’t not look at the amazingness that is this collection. I keep finding new favorite things about it. Smitten.

  2. Jesus H., I love what the Russian designers are doing right now. Its all so retro, bold, and crisp, but with this pervasive fairy tale quality to it…and the slightest undertone of grittiness….yum! And then, of course, when you get these girls like Ulyana and Vika (swoon) wearing their own stuff, they are such fantastic ambassadors of style.

  3. Wow! I can see Ulyana in every single one of these outfits, hairstyles included. Pretty pretty… and I love the illustrative qualities of the photos.

  4. I had seen some of these images circulating on Tumblr, but I had no idea where they were from. Now it TOTALLY makes sense. I love Ulyana Sergeenko – she’s always dressed perfectly (and her posture!!! amazing). These looks totally reflect her style and ah, I want every. single. thing.

  5. Wow, MM. Nice find.
The peasant skirts and ww2 lady vibes are amazing. This post seriously made up for a pretty crap day.

    The shoes! Oh my.

  6. Wow, seriously the most amazing collection I’ve ever seen! And I was really blown away by the bow ties. I bought this week lots of bow ties ’cause they look pretty and this morning I thought to myself, hm what to do with it… and what a coincidence.. I’d wore them too around my waist! hihihii

  7. jaw on the floor is the only description. I mean I almost felt ill. But in a good way, if you understand. Is it completely ridiculous to be determined to dress like this every day? I mean can you actually imagine? Thank you for the tip off. As ever, I am in love with your posts xxx
