Native Shoes

love this bright, fruity campaign for the SS14 collection of Native Shoes shot by photographer Stephanie Gonot and art directed by Adi Goodrich. i don’t know anything about Native Shoes, but they seem to be some kind of… dare i say it? crocs and sneaker hybrid? except, cooler.

Inspired by classic, casual silhouettes, but made with the lightest and most comfortable material available, native shoes are the best of both worlds. Footwear for the future done in the style of everything we’ve ever loved about shoe design. You can slip them on for a quick stroll, throw them into your backpack for a day at the beach. Our aesthetic is relaxed, flexible and active. Native shoes is footwear for anybody, anywhere, anytime.

  1. I got hooked on natives this past summer when my boys wore them. They’re not ugly, very durable and you can pop them in the wash. I’m getting a pair this summer after massacring another pair of supergas.

  2. These are really popular in British Columbia. My friends swear by em though I still have a hard time buying the “hipster croc” look. The sneaker style ones are pretty cute and the winter boots aren’t bad either.
