Des Petits Hauts

i’m not sure when pineapples became the fruit of the moment, but they are certainly enjoying their day in the sun – popping up in every lookbook, photoshoot and fashion editorial i come across these days. WELL. maybe it’s time for bananas, right? or how about a juicy mango? i’ll be taking bets on the next fruit du jour.

that said, french label Des Petits Hauts has also brought our spiky friend into their new summer range. as well as other lovely basics that are so simple and french it makes me feel like taking a trip to the countryside with a basket of fruit (pineapples) and a bottle of wine. PS: they only deliver to Europe, unfortunately!

Good thing I’m in Europe, ha :) Love the dresses, they look 1920′s inspired to me. Now if only my french were better – thank goodness she has an english version of her website as well!

Luv all of these! In the states, the pineapple has always been a symbol of hospitality. :)
