that being said, i did some googling around and found a couple of pages of the book over at scripd, which gives you a taste of some of the recipes. the design is lovely, as expected, and the food looks really good! look out for this one in bookstores or next time you go out to buy some hummus.

i’ve been holding out on posting about jessica hische‘s daily drop cap project, but as she recently updated her website i thought it was fitting.

Daily Drop Cap is a project I started in September of 2009 in which I illustrate a decorative letter every day (or at least every work day). The project will continue for approximately twelve alphabets and are available for non-commercial use as drop caps on your personal blog.
