coco
coco is my family’s german short haired pointer, and if you know anything about this breed it’s that they need a lot of exercise. and i mean a lot.
unfortunately for coco it’s been raining quite often & will be for the next few months (ah, love those cape winters)
so inbetween down pours she gets to go for walkies and doesn’t have to look so sad all the time. yay!

dog show
i just love the pageantry of dog shows, and especially how the owners often look like their pets (the dogs also look either horribly embarrassed or completely elated to be there).

my mom always sends me these forwarded emails, usually of cute animal stories. i couldn’t pass up posting this one (which you may or may not have seen before). i just love it! don’t know where it comes from and who took the pictures but, enjoy.

hey, happy new year!
one of my resolutions is to go out and see more stuff – even if it’s just “in my own backyard”, so to speak. there’s so much i haven’t seen that’s probably only in a 10-50km radius of my house, and i don’t want to keep putting things off till i have enough money to go travelling again. why do i need to get on a plane to see stuff, right?
that being said, i think morran the dog has seen more of the world than i have.
