It’s self-made. I found the artwork via google image search. She was part of the DVD-cover of Disneys Snow White. A litte Illustrator here and a little Photoshop there and then i finally printed it at my local copyshop on a adhesive foil.

That is so cool! Unfortunately I have the black one and doubt it would have the same effect. That and Snow White is kinda grrrly. Still, it does look very cool!
