maybe you’re stuck in front of your computer like i am, in which case – browse away…

i took part in the “design insiders weekly finds” on elledecor.com, where i shared my admiration for the makers project by jennifer causey

in complete agreement with hila re: the whole galliano loves hitler issue. so i felt kind of bad about liking dior’s a/w 2011 collection. is that stupid? probably. fashion really makes me roll my eyes sometimes. but i am very taken with the seventies inspired daywear – fur / round glasses / floppy hats… though quite similar to the vibe at gucci, no?

alison of teenangster did a guest post at pour porter based on the theme of life in a cave. one of the most beautifully curated and refreshing blog posts i have read in a while – it got several revisits from me.

all around cowboys by jay b sauceda seen via design work life actually made me teary.

This is one of my favourite roundups – and given that I have “starred” it, I thought I should sing my praise in the comments section :)

I just heard about Galliano’s racism the other day, I love his collections! I don’t feel bad about it though because I think of him as an artist or an author. There are many authors whose work I love but whom I would never want to be friends with. you know? but great post!

So glad you enjoyed the cave post! Definitely one of my favorites. I’m in love with the cowboy poets.
