while browsing through the exhaustive list of SS15 shows (more on that later) i was pleasantly surprised to see that Parisian / Japanese label Maison Kitsuné made their debut at NY fashion week. and even though the reviewer at Style.com gave them a rather catty write-up, i found that the collection made me smile – which is really all i ask from fashion.
creative duo and founders Gildas Loaec & Masaya Kuroki, have conceived a collection immersed in a new concept based on the French women’s ability to choose and balance well-made clothes resulting in a thoughtful and personalised ensemble.
see the entire collection here. ps you should listen to their playlists if you don’t already.
