did you guys see that (thankfully brief) best nine photos of 2015 thing that seemingly took over Instagram at the end of last year? of course you did. funnily enough one of my most popular photos of 2015 was of a bathroom, and not even my own bathroom. and how do i know this? because it was reposted by other Instagram accounts and came up in THEIR top nine best photos! now that’s hilarious, but it does show you the power of a beautiful bathroom.
so i was looking through the portfolio of Brooklyn based Ensemble Architecture and noticed how many great bathrooms they have under their belt, most of which pay homage & respect to the original designs & fittings of classic NYC brownstones & apartments (love all those old tubs and sinks!). i have never undertaken a bathroom renovation, but if i did these would be on my inspiration board.
