lately i’ve been noticing some seriously cool badass rings around. the trend in the past few years has been towards fine, dainty jewellery – especially stacking rings (which i still and will always love). but recently i’ve been really drawn to the more chunky variety, maybe it’s because my fingers are so FAT now. jokes, my wedding rings are just a bit tight since the pregnancy…

my favourites are these gorgeous custom made Memento Mori rings by Jean Jean Vintage (Memento Mori is a Victorian reminder that “you are mortal”) and pretty much anything by Vulpecula Jewelry – this dog ring is amazing. vintage style signet rings seem to be where it’s at. i also LOVE the rings by LHN Jewelry (pictured above). Digby & Iona also have plenty of amazing rings.

have you seen any cool badass rings around? i’ve been saving some to my Etsy wishlist. PS: check out The Art Of Mourning if you’re into interesting antique & vintage rings.

I’m a sucker for rings with Bits That Move. Mania-Mania currently have a big-ass ring on sale that has a chain attached for no reason at all… I want it so much.

I love Elina Gelizer’s animal rings! Definitely badass.

I can barely tolerate wearing a wedding ring, but these make me want to fill my hand with rings. https://t.co/utZE4RJXWo

I like minimal/slim jewelry (though I’m not as much of a fan of slim stacking rings), but I can definitely get behind some of these chunky rings. In fact, I like them ridiculously stacked like in the pictures you’ve shared. Especially into the LHN Jewelry rings. Thanks for sharing; these will be on my radar :)

Oh my god. I am firmly in the minimalist jewelry camp, and I have seen no one else talking about rings like these. But YOU MA’AM have the most amazing eye and taste and I can not help but drool over these! Now I need a skull eternity band that I never needed before this moment. Gee thanks!

Ali Munn in Vancouver, BC has some really rad signet rings & necklaces in this style! Here’s a collab with Explorer’s Press, another great Vancouver brand:

Gosh, M obsessed of rings. Though I don’t like all of them, there are some great pieces I would totally go for them without second thoughts. Great selection and thanks for sharing..

They kind of remind me of the size of the now-popular enamel pins! Fun to see trends come and go.
I really love the mermaid ring in the first photo!

So over the precious minimalism stuff. Acanthus has major power rings that are definitely badass. Momento Mori rings too.

I love that Preserve and Overcome ring by LHN JEWELRY! I am a huge ring wearer, it’s actually the only type of jewelry I currently wear.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this post!! Signet rings are such an undervalued style, but I have faith they will make a comeback. They are nostalgic and incredibly customizable.
