the other day i did a Buzzfeed quiz to see how well i remembered the lyrics to Bohemian Rhapsody (pretty well, i might add) and i have had the line “Mama! Oooooooooh” revolving in my head ever since. perhaps appropriate as i am on the cusp of motherhood, and so doubly appropriate for my latest Imaginary Curator show. i decided to throw in some vintage photography and modern illustrations, in addition to the older and contemporary artworks.

Beautiful post!
The Ford Madox Brown painting always makes my heart break a little.
So many lovely pieces. That Botero sculpture is my favourite!
I love how many of these depict the beauty that is breastfeeding.
You’re really good at this! Lovely post.
I love these. Such a great variety, and the colors are just wonderful.
