i have a weird thing for monogram necklaces, i actually bought simple sweet alphabet necklaces for each of my bridesmaids at our wedding. so i am always keen to see new and interesting takes on this age old accessory – the Tipia collection by Portuguese jewellery designer Inês Telles definitely hits the spot.

Tipia  is a creative and playful alphabet. All letters are unique, with fun shapes and volumes. Shapes recall the old Illuminations, the initials that decorated and animated the texts.

her studio is in Lisbon, and oh it makes me want to go back for another visit! what a great city. have a look at her online shop for lots more beautiful jewellery.
